  1. Caregivers shall report suspicions or alleged acts of Client/Elder Abuse. In cases of immediate danger, employees shall call 911, the local police emergency number, or the local hospital emergency room.
  2. In situations where the client is not in immediate danger, employees shall notify the Supervisor, who shall ensure that alleged abuse situations are immediately reported to the local law enforcement, Adult Protective Services, or other authorities as appropriate.
  3. When the Company has reason to believe that a client is/has been a victim of abuse by one of its employees, it shall immediately remove that employee from direct contact with clients and investigate the allegations.
